Complimentary Engraving
Engraving is complimentary on any watch whose caseback can take it: up to 20 characters on the caseback, chosen for each watch in your cart.
How to add it
- In your cart, choose "Add complimentary engraving" under the watch.
- Enter up to 20 characters for the caseback and save.
- We confirm the engraving with you by email before we engrave it.
Engraving is chosen per watch in the cart; the order note isn't used for it.
Timing
If we don't hear back within 2 business days, we ship your watch unengraved, so our processing time stays the same: 3–5 business days for US orders and 1–3 for every other country. Delivery then takes 3–5 business days.
Casebacks
Some casebacks, such as see-through backs, can't take an engraving; if yours can't, we tell you in that email.
Returns and warranty
Because it is made to your order, an engraved watch can't be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged, faulty or engraved differently from your order, we make it right at no cost to you, and the 2-Year Watchmond Warranty applies in full. Engraving done by Watchmond at your request doesn't affect the warranty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
