Welcome to watchmond.com, operated by Watchmond LLC, a California limited liability company ("Watchmond," "we," "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products & accuracy

We work to display our watches, specifications, and prices accurately. Colors may vary slightly by screen. We reserve the right to correct errors (including pricing errors) and to cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund.

2. Orders & payment

All prices are in US dollars. Import duties, customs fees and import taxes are included in our prices. US sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout. An order is accepted when we ship it; we may decline or cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments, PayPal, and related providers.

3. Shipping, returns, warranty

Governed by our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Warranty pages, which are incorporated into these Terms.

4. Authenticity

Every watch sold on watchmond.com is 100% authentic and ships with its original box and papers.

5. Intellectual property

All site content (text, images, design) belongs to Watchmond LLC or its licensors, including the trademarks of the brands we carry. You may not reproduce it without written consent.

6. Acceptable use

No unlawful use, scraping, interference with site operation, or misrepresentation.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Watchmond's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your rights under the Watchmond Warranty.

8. Disputes — informal resolution first, then arbitration

Contact info@watchmond.com first — most concerns are resolved within a few days. If we can't resolve a dispute informally within 30 days, you and Watchmond agree that it will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and Watchmond each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing info@watchmond.com.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. For matters not subject to arbitration, venue lies in the state or federal courts of Sacramento County, California.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
