    Shipping & Returns

    Every order ships free and fully insured, with import duties and import taxes included in the price. If the watch isn't right for you, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. The same terms apply wherever we deliver; only the processing time differs.

    Shipping

    Orders to the United States ship from Illinois: we process them in 3–5 business days, and delivery takes 3–5 business days. Orders to every other country ship from Istanbul: we process them in 1–3 business days, and delivery by express courier takes 3–5 business days. Your shipping confirmation includes a tracking link.

    Import duties and import taxes

    Every Watchmond order ships Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). All import duties, customs fees and import taxes (including VAT or GST charged on import) are included in the price you pay, in every country we deliver to and wherever the watch ships from. You will never be asked to pay anything on delivery. US sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout.

    Where we deliver

    We deliver to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong, with free insured shipping, duties included and free returns in every one of them. We do not deliver to other countries yet; if yours is not listed, write to info@watchmond.com and we will tell you when we do.

    Returns

    If the watch isn't right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. Return shipping is free wherever we deliver: we email you a prepaid, insured return label. To be eligible, the watch must be:

    • Unworn and in original condition (no scratches, and no strap or bracelet resized elsewhere, without us arranging it; resizing we arrange is free and doesn't affect your return)
    • With all protective stickers and films intact
    • In its original box with all packaging, papers, accessories, and any removed links

    How to start a return

    1. Email info@watchmond.com with your order number.
    2. We email you a free prepaid return label and instructions. The label takes the watch back to the location that shipped it.
    3. Once the watch is received and inspected (1–3 business days), your refund is issued to the original payment method. Banks may take 5–10 business days to post it.

    Refunds cover the full amount you paid at checkout. Shipping is free on every order, so there is nothing to deduct.

    Exchanges

    The quickest way to exchange is to return the original watch and place a new order. For a strap or size exchange, contact us and we'll arrange it directly.

    Engraved watches

    Engraving is complimentary on any watch whose caseback can take it: you can add up to 20 characters from your cart. We confirm the engraving with you by email before we engrave it; if we don't hear back within 2 business days, we ship your watch unengraved. Because it is made to your order, an engraved watch can't be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged, faulty or engraved differently from your order, we make it right at no cost to you, and the 2-Year Watchmond Warranty applies in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.

    What can't be returned

    • Watches showing wear, damage, or alteration, including a strap or bracelet resized elsewhere, without us arranging it
    • Engraved watches, unless they arrive damaged, faulty or not as ordered
    • Gift cards

    Damaged or incorrect orders

    If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right at no cost to you, including all shipping.
