Warranty
Every watch purchased from watchmond.com is covered by the 2-Year Watchmond Warranty against manufacturing defects in the movement, case, and factory-fitted components, effective from the delivery date. Watchmond LLC provides this warranty directly, and every claim goes through us.

What's covered
- Movement defects (accuracy outside manufacturer tolerance, or stoppage not caused by impact)
- Manufacturing faults in the case, dial, hands, crown, or clasp
What's not covered
- Normal wear (scratches, strap wear, fading)
- Damage from impact, misuse, or unauthorized repair or opening of the case
- Water damage where the stated water-resistance limits were exceeded
- Battery replacement (quartz models) after 12 months
Engraving done by Watchmond at your request doesn't affect the warranty.
How to make a claim
Email info@watchmond.com with your order number, a brief description, and photos or video. We'll provide a prepaid, insured shipping label to our service point. Assessment takes up to 10 business days; covered repairs or replacements are free, including return shipping.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. It is in addition to, and does not limit, any non-waivable statutory rights, including under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.
